Cancellation Policy

In the event that you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointed time or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then the fee agreed at the time of booking will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources.

In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours prior to your appointed time, then no fee will be charged. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time upon notice.

Please Note - Card details must be entered to secure your booking. If not entered within 48 hours the appopintment will be automatically deletedt
